Vehicle Importation Process

Bringing Your Ideal Vehicle Home Is Simple! Here’s how Our Process Works.

? You give me the type of Motor Vehicle that you want to import.
? I give you the CIF Durban or Mombasa or Dar es Salaam port price and/or the clearing, transportation, and taxes.
? You make a decision to import and give me go ahead to share our company invoice.
? I share the Proforma Invoice with you.
? You pay 30/50% deposit to a Japan bank account.
? I confirm receipt of payment, purchase and ship the vehicle.
? You receive a notification that the vehicle has been shipped and when it will arrive at the port.
? You make payment of the full balance 7 days before date of arrival.
? I confirm receipt of the payment and send you all the original documents.
? You handle or we assist you to clear the vehicle from the port and transport it to the border.
? The vehicle arrives at the border and clearing and payment of taxes starts.
? You make payment for the taxes and delivery to the final destination is done and you receive your vehicle.

? We give you the CIF price for Durban, Mombasa, or Dar es Salaam port and/or the clearing, transportation, and tax details.
? You decide to import and give us the go-ahead to share our company invoice.
? We share the invoice with you.
? You pay a 30-50% deposit to our designated Japan bank account.
? We confirm receipt of the payment, purchase the vehicle, and ship it.
? You receive a notification that the vehicle will arrive at the port within 7 days, and you make the full balance payment.
? We confirm receipt of the payment and send you all the original documents.
? You handle or request our assistance to clear the vehicle and transport it to the border.
? The vehicle arrives at the border, and clearing and payment of taxes start.
? You pay the taxes, delivery to the final destination is completed, and you receive your vehicle.
